  • Video: The Art of Fighting Without Fighting

A few days ago, someone sent me this warning: “Alobar Jones wants to challenge you to a duel. He wants to take your entire team down. His team is getting ready for war. Just a heads up. I told him about you and he claims you’re BS ect. He said he will kill you and wipe out your entire team. Then went on a ramble and blocked me on YouTube.”

In case you’re curious what a day in the life of an astral warrior looks like, here’s how to deal with the situation without fighting. Enjoy!

Btw I am absolutely amazed that no more than 500 people in the entire world are ready for that message I share. Video views counts aren’t going up, and I’m not new into this, been doing it for 15 years. Meanwhile, “corrupt spirituality” videos get anywhere from 1K to 30K views each. This is very telling as to the real state of consciousness on planet Earth.

  • Friends & Boundaries, a Cosmic Perspective

Friends & Boundaries, a Cosmic Perspective

I was meditating on a value conflict between being humble and equal to my peers, and standing in my greatness. A value conflict is where there are two things you value that appear to conflict with each other, and you must reach a higher level of awareness where both aspects can work in harmony. Such value conflict cannot be solved just by merging the energies. There is a lesson that must be learnt first.

Many coaches say that you are the average of your 5 closest friends in every aspect, and that you should be very careful as to who you surround yourself with. Does that mean one should live secluded and aloof from his environment to stand in his own greatness? Then those very same people will go to Africa to help them and they’ll be very open to everyone, where they hold a special status. Why should one be aloof in one environment and open in another? I feel there’s more to explore in that topic, and that nobody ever brought a satisfactory answer to it.

To find answers, let’s go to my favorite place: cosmic libraries. Here’s a channeled summary of a book I wrote in a distant past life as first commander of Orion. The original text vibrates at 807000.

Friends & Boundaries, a Cosmic Perspective (summary translated to English and transmitted by Metatron)

Many leaders stumble upon a very common issue: how to relate to their environment in their daily lives. Let’s take a military general. In duty, he needs to focus on his tasks, and have every ounce of his energy and attention dedicated to watching over his troops and surveying the situation [through meditative attention and clairvoyance]. This leaves little room for chit-chatting with the common people who understand nothing of his work, and any leak of attention is like a hole in a boat, leaking vital energy awaiting for trouble. A true servant of God must maintain his focus whole and complete while on duty.

Off-duty, things are quite different. While someone else is fulfilling his functions, he is free to roam around, relax, travel, and enjoy his time whichever way he wants. It is the best time to relax and replenish his batteries while preparing for what’s to come.

One common problem is when a general is unable to detach from his duty, or when circumstances don’t allow him to do so, such as in times of war [such is the case today]. In that case, his focus must remain whole and complete at all times, and doesn’t get the chance to roam about. There are various perspectives from which to look at this, and here let’s focus on the impact on friends and relationships.

    […]

They say you are the average of the 3 persons closest to you. When performing any great work, those 3 people are generally others achieving great things in the same industry who you can rely on for support. When aspiring to do great work, those 3 people are generally others aspiring for accomplishments if you’re moving forward, or others with no such aspiration if you’re not progressing. If doing anything out of the ordinary, your family will rarely be part of your support team, as they want you to remain the way they’ve always known you.

Thus, for the accomplishment of any great work, one must pass through a few phases. First, he must detach from friends and family who keep him the way he has always been. Then he must seek mentors and others who will support him in his journey. During this phase, the pull towards mediocrity is very strong so it is better to just cut the people off and keep it at that. As one grows into a new image and identity that is aligned with his higher self, he goes through a phase of social re-integration. This phase often comes with confusion as it is very unfamiliar water and completely counter-intuitive.

The first phase of social reintegration is to recognize one’s own greatness. Without this, you have no foundation, nothing to stand on. Your greatness and your highest potential are the base for everything else, the lens through which to filter everything else in or out your life. The second phase is to recognize that you are creating your environment, or selecting which aspects of your environment you relate with. In a crowd of a thousand people, each people will connect to different people and have a completely different experience. You must own that power and responsibility.

The third is to keep your core intent in every social interaction. If your intent is to become a military general [which was one of the highest ranks for spiritual warriors], and you’re taking drugs with bummers who have never done anything right in their lives, then that’s not going to work. If you’re maintaining your frequency in alignment with your desire, you will not be on the same frequency as the common folks and will not meet them at their level. [If you’re walking along people in Africa who are actively seeking solutions to their problems, then they are meeting you at your level and you can connect.]

This thus leads to a difficult dilemma: the higher is the integrity of your intent, the less people you’ll resonate with. We all have this innate need to connect and socialize, and this brings a tremendous pull back that prevents most from breaking through into manifesting their highest intent, as their intent and power of manifestation gets diluted by the people around them.

The fourth step is to carefully analyze each and every social interaction you have, to determine at which frequencies the connections happen and how the interactions are framed. You must declare boldly: I will NOT connect with the common folks at their level, I will ONLY invite them to meet me at my higher state. You must scan every social interaction to detach or transmute any point of contact that is not in harmony with your core intent. This work is often done with the assistance of a qualified practitioner.

[as I’m writing this, only 13% of my social contacts are in harmony with my core intent, so I must bring that up to 100% through precise energetic surgery]

By going through this process, you will find that the world is a lot simpler than you thought. Problems suddenly fade away. Complications and stories disappear. You’re left with a clear open space from which you can bloom like a flower.

Yet old relationships often keep lingering in the back of your head, your old self, old image and old life wants to pull you back. The fifth step is the death of the ego. You must burn your ego at the stake, leaving nothing of it left. This is often done as an initiation ritual to enter the military of the Higher Heavens. Once you have gone through this stage, there is no turning back.

The path to Heaven cannot be walked in group, it must be walked alone, but not by yourself. You must find the right guides and support along the way who will show you the path at every stage. And, once you get to the other side, after destroying your false ego to let your true self shine, you will find that the world isn’t such a lonely place after all. You will feel connected with nature, you will feel connected with the sun, you will feel connected with your friends, and you will feel connected with the communities around you. Just like the sun, you become a shining light that penetrates everything, and that everybody wants to be around. Just like the sun, nothing can take away the purity and integrity of your core intent, and you’re so overflowing with light that nobody can chip any of it away from you.

The sixth phase is forging new alliances. Such alliances aren’t based on personal preferences or who you grew up with, but rather are based on alignment and complementarity of intents. You’re not joining hands because your egos like each other. You’re joining hands because you’re both embodying a greater truth and you can strengthen each other’s impact. Such relationship lasts just as long as it needs to, before you move on with your path. Such is the way of the cosmic light. No regret, no holding back, no attachment, only pure undisturbed presence and integrity of intent to serve a greater cause. You shine the light on everybody you cross, whether they like it or not, and whether you like them or not. You overflow through giving, and strengthen your image by purifying your core.

    […]

The book is a lot longer and this is just a summary of it. I measure this text at a frequency of 5700, with 95.6% accuracy of intent from the original text.

  • Outgrowing Backpacking

    Outgrowing Backpacking

I’ve considered myself a backpacker for 13 years and I want to share my experience as to what it gave me and the pitfalls of it. I’m mostly writing this article to turn the page into a new chapter of my life, and if someone else gets value from it, then so be it.

First, I’m being very careful not to use the word ‘transcending’. Transcending means to avoid something. Whenever you transcend something, such as transcending sexuality or transcending money, you disconnect from a part of yourself. Here I will talk about outgrowing, which is taking what works about something and correcting the aspects that no longer serve me.

Ever since I was 19, I have been traveling all around the world. I lived in Finland, Sweden, France, Spain, Hungary, Thailand, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Canada, and traveled to Norway, Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, Belgium, Andorra, Portugal, Italy, Laos, Myanmar, Belize, China and United States. I speak French, English, Spanish, Thai, a little bit of Swedish and a few words of a bunch of other languages. You can consider that I’m an experienced traveler and I know what I’m talking about. For those who think I’m lucky, this has nothing to do with luck. I simply made the decision.

Let’s about about what I got from such travels. I got to learn many different cultures that have ways of thinking, beliefs and values that are completely different from anything I had ever seen back home. This stretched my mind into new ways of thinking that simply cannot be explained. Learning various languages also has great benefits. When you speak a single language, you can only think of concepts that have words in that language. When you learn a second language and are immersed into that culture, it gets to a point where you start thinking in that foreign language and it gets really confusing. When you learn a third language, your way of thinking disassociates itself from the language and your brain can think a lot more fluidly and then express itself in any language with the closest words available.

Besides that, I got to meet many great people, make friends all around the world, taste all kinds of foods and wines, and see absolutely gorgeous landscapes and historical monuments all over the world. This really has been a blessing.

And then, what does it mean to be a backpacker? It means to travel as much as possible with as little money as possible. I generally had a limited supply of money and would stretch it thin to be able to live without income for as long as possible. It means sleeping in cheap hostels, eating cheap food in the streets and wandering around. In the past few years, I’ve been avoiding other backpackers, and I just realized why. Many backpackers are lost souls living in avoidance of their lives, and they’re sucking energy from their environment. I think you can see the dysfunction.

I’m at a point where I’m running a business and have a lot of work to do because there’s a greater purpose I’m here to accomplish in this world. Being a location-independent entrepreneur is something I resonate more with. I’m an entrepreneur to be my own boss. It takes away the stability of a paycheck but gives me the freedom to travel around and work online.

I haven’t been talking about travels for a long time because I was subconsciously afraid that some would adopt the backpacker lifestyle. And then what? They get into a scarcity lifestyle, wander around and consume without doing much, and have no resources to invest in themselves. Once someone falls into that lifestyle, I can forget about having them as clients.

I still want to get as much as possible at the lowest price possible, but I’m at a place where I don’t want to compromise anymore. Above is a picture of the place where I’m staying right now in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It really isn’t expensive at $350 per month, and it has everything I want. It was noisy for being too close to the airport so I moved into a different room and it’s better. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city but there’s plenty of stuff within 15 minutes drive. I’m away from the touristy areas and am really enjoying the beauty of local life.

The aspect that I want to turn the page on is the whole scarcity mindset. After living in Paris for almost a year where I had about $140 of pocket money per day, I lived about a year in Thailand for $10000 including plane round-trip and all travel expenses. That was 8 years ago. Going back into this environment brought back old scarcity programmings.

I’m no longer a backpacker who is wandering through life. I’m a spiritual warrior and an entrepreneur who is creating a rich and abundant lifestyle while helping many people live the greatest version of themselves. Sure I enjoy having certain luxuries of life such as great food and a great apartment for a fraction of what it would normally cost. There are other things on which I won’t compromise and where I invest the full value. That includes when I’m getting mentors and training for my business, and when I’m getting tools for my business.

By designing a lifestyle that produces value instead of designing a lifestyle that consumes and stretches thin, I’ll be able to travel even more in a way that is self-sustaining. I’m not in Thailand to avoid pains of the past but because I need to be here to achieve the next phase of my soul’s purpose. It certainly has been very interesting so far.

I have spent a LOT of time and efforts over the past few years to build a stronger foundation for my business and create a cashflow that would sustain my lifestyle. This year, my focus will be on regaining the lifestyle and freedom that I had when I was first backpacking.

I’m not exactly sure what you got from this article. I touched so many points and I guess each person will get something completely different from it. How does this relate to the way you are living your own life? What are you getting from this share of my experience?

  • Applications of Non-Rivalry

    Applications of Non-Rivalry

With the Non-Rivalry Powerliminals that were just released, some people jumped on it right away, then I got a massive storm of acute FURY following the last email I sent about the energy readings of those audios. I have no idea why. It took some time to clear it up.

When people learn about the concept of non-rivalry, the first thing they do is to just go along to avoid conflicts. That’s not what this is about. Non-rivalry is a powerful state to disarm conflict, not avoid it. It requires a strong spine. It is a very mysterious topic and very few teach anything about it. When you start seeing its effects, it becomes even more mysterious. A lot is still unknown about the side-effects.

When it comes to applying non-rivalry, so far I found only two people who teach it; each having a single video on YouTube explaining it. First is Lama Dondrup, a QiGong master living in China who made a demonstration in England. Then there is Szkval in Russia teaching a non-contact self-defense system in a military context. He has an even stronger effect on the physical level, but he’s using a contracting energy that inflicts pain instead of using an expanding energy that heals. You have to select Polish subtitles and then auto-translate to English.

When viewing these two videos, I’ve seen two types of reactions. Most people just think it’s BS, while there are some who rather seek the similarities between teachings coming from completely unrelated backgrounds, and then see how it can be implemented into their lives, and then make up their mind based on real-life experience.

The state of non-rivalry does have very powerful effects, and it does have curious unexpected side-effects. When people are using the Non-Rivalry Powerliminals, it does cause the energy I carry to expand, which in itself can have unpredictable effects. Lately, whenever I’m having Natural Grounding sessions, there are ambulances passing by; or volcanos erupting.

The main application of non-rivalry is for self-defense, whether on a physical, emotional or spiritual level. The two masters mentioned above use non-rivalry on a physical level with martial arts. I did find a few artists that embody non-rivalry on the emotional level. As far as I know, I’m the only person (or first) applying it on a spiritual level, and it works just as well. (huh… another ambulance passing by)

Then there are other effects I’ve seen from it. When I was at Rion Kati’s apartment in Holywood, he bought a whole bunch of stones. We left 3 days for an event and I left the Non-Rivalry Powerliminals playing in his apartment during that whole time. On the 2nd day I was feeling his large tourmaline stone burning like a red hot iron. The Non-Rivalry Powerliminals cleaned, activated and over-activated all his stones!! The large tourmaline got into such a high vibration that it has been auto-cleaning itself ever since.

Beyond cleaning and activating stones, one client also applied it for business. It turned competition into allies and resistant people into collaboration. That worked well in his case.

Then another client applied it to neutralize conflicts at home to allow for a space of harmony to emerge. But then, from my experience with this sort of stuff, if the other person cannot stand a climate of harmony and consciousness, they will leave.

In martial arts (I’m training Muay Thai right now), it allows to give very strong punches and kicks, and to take in strong hits without flinching. The last guy I trained with was kind of getting frustrated that I didn’t flinch with his push kicks.

Then it also allows to blow a candle with a punch. You can’t do it just with the movement of the arm; it’s about the energy in it. It’s a good practice, and the good thing about it is that the candle doesn’t lie. It reflects your level of physical non-rivalry.

There are probably other application of it, and other side-effects of it, that still haven’t been explored. Play with it and let me know what you come up with!

Read this to know more about the Non-Rivalry Powerliminals Pack

Or get the Non-Rivalry Powerliminals here, which includes a series of 4 calls to energetically create a new collective financial paradigm as well as other Powerliminals that will be produced later.

When it comes to money, non-rivalry and wealth are directly related because conflicts block the exchange of money and kill wealth. This would be a whole other topic to cover later, but just know that the reason the Non-Rivalry Powerliminals and the live calls about money are sold together is because these two components are directly related with each other. This is about disarming conflicts and expanding a new paradigm of consciousness and harmony, and this will lead to the creation of new financial energetic pathways.

And if you say you can’t afford $197 and only want the audios and don’t need the live calls about money, then that’s exactly what you need. Do you want to keep playing by the standard rules or to create a miracle and shift the rules of the game?

  • Guided Meditation to Heal Inner Conflicts

Guided Meditation to Heal Inner Conflicts

Over the years, I’ve spoken with many people who want to step out of the box and live their lives differently. One of the biggest problems I have seen, overall, are inner conflicts of values. The reason they are so damaging and limiting is because they determine the context from which you think and you cannot override them with your thoughts. Your inner conflicts of values create a paradigm that prevents you from perceiving anything outside of it, just like a fish can’t know what water is from within his paradigm.

In this new video, I will guide you through a meditation to understand, identify and resolve your inner conflicts of values.

To know more about inner conflicts of values, the 4th audio in the FREE Force of Life Training Series is dedicated to this topic.

  • How To Get Others To Recognize Your Transformation

How To Get Others To Recognize Your Transformation

If you’ve been on the path of spiritual transformation for a while, you’re probably at a very different place than you were a year or even 3 years ago. You feel more at peace with yourself, feel stronger, feel more confident that you can achieve what you want to do in life, and have more sexual magnetism. While this is great in and of itself, you may not be seeing external transformation to the same extent. Here I want to share one important realization to truly transform your external life.

Most of the people in your life, including your friends and family, have known you a certain way your whole life. Most of them don’t want you to change because it can make them uncomfortable, and even if you do become a completely different person, they will still see the person you have always been. So what can you do about this?

If I look at individuals who have gone through a huge transformation, such as my own mentors, they help thousands of entrepreneurs build 6 or 7-figure businesses. Yet, many people in their own family still don’t recognize them. It is just the way it is. You can fight against it or just accept it. Most people will never change and will never acknowledge your transformation. And anyway, you want to be a leader in the world, not a leader of your hometown.

So, the first step is to let go of the need to be recognized by the people around you.

Then, if you truly want to live your life differently, you have to start surrounding yourself with new people who are more aligned with your path and growth. These new people won’t have the same prejudices about you so it will make it much easier to build a proper social life, or even build a business.

So yes, it’s all about internal transformation, and at some point you also have to transform your external environment. And since you can’t pour wine in a bottle full of water, you may have to cut certain things or certain people out of your life to create space for new ones to come in.

When both your internal world and external world are transformed and support you more than they hold you back, that’s when life becomes really interesting.

Btw, the fourth audio in the Force of Life Training Series will be coming out very soon. We will explore inner conflicts of values in a depth that has never been explored before, to align your values with success. Keep an eye out of it!

  • What Is a Core Fear?

    What Is a Core Fear?

For just $3k, I’ll completely and permanently remove anyone’s core fear. Results guaranteed. What is a core fear, and how does it affect your life?

All of your problems and limitations, at their most basic level, are rooted in some form of fears, or in an external manifestation of those fears. The fears ingrained within your subconscious mind determine patterns of events that keep repeating themselves. For example, one person will keep getting into an abusive relationship one after the other. Another person won’t ever have that as part of his or her reality, meaning the abuse and drama is really something that specific person is creating and attracting for himself.

You are conscious of certain fears that surface in your life, and there are deeper fears that go back to your childhood and that have been causing recurring patterns for your entire life. Very few people are conscious of the roots of their fears, as they come from events that have been long forgotten yet keep dictating and impacting your life in every aspect.

For example, someone who has been rejected and ignored by his father may seek male recognition and validation his whole life, while seeking it in all kinds of other places without realizing it goes back to his relationship with his father. Your core fear is usually something related to your caregiver when you were a child, as these are the people you spent the most time with.

How do you know whether you have a core fear? EVERYBODY has a core fear, period. It has been dictating your life and your whole reality is based around it. Your core fear is the deepest, oldest and most important trauma that has determined the negative patterns of your life. If you heal that fear at the root, then another lesser fear will become your new core fear. You will always have one.

View it this way. Your core fear is the deepest issue preventing you from reaching your next level in life. For a multi-millionaire, his core fear prevents him from being a multi-billionaire. For someone who is fully enlightened in his upper chakras, his core fear may prevent him from developing his lower chakras and grounding to the physical world. Everybody has one.

What happens if you completely wipe out your core fear? Everything that is built on top of it collapses. This creates a whole new space from which you can create what you truly want in life. As your beliefs, values and self-identity are often rooted in your core fear, you would also have to see and identify yourself from a different light. Your life then transforms in a way that unfolds like a snowball rolling down a mountain. That’s exactly what I have done with many clients.

So what is your core fear? The strategy session I offer is really about identifying your core fear. You are aware of your problems and challenges, and we’ll dig in from there all the way up to your core fear. Your core fear is always the very thing preventing you from being where you want to be. In less than 3 coaching sessions, I can show you how to completely and permanently wipe out your core fear and everything that is built on top of it (and much more). This works 100% of the time as long as you follow up with the process.

So how can you go ahead and lovingly let go of your core fear so that you can break the recurring limiting patterns in your life and move forward powerfully? First, get an Energy Tune-Up. This will allow us to clearly see in which area is your core fear and where we need to look at. Then, schedule your Strategy Session, which is a session designed to uncover exactly that. Then, if you qualify and are serious, we can start the work from there.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching vs Group Coaching

    1-on-1 Coaching vs Group Coaching

Wow, I got lots of questions regarding the Year of Enlightenment group program. Many of them resolved about “is 1-on-1 coaching best for me, or would group coaching do” and “what’s the difference between working 1-on-1 and in group?” Let me answer these questions so that you know which action step is more appropriate for you.

First, 1-on-1 coaching is designed to have precise and fast results. The great thing about it is that it is very specific, and we use your goal to leverage the whole transformation process instead of just doing general healing without focus. We may only cover 0.5% of the knowledge, but you’ll have the very specific parts you need to unblock what is most holding you back.

Consider this. Out of all the people I coached 1-on-1, there is not a single client who has not achieved their main objective of internal transformation within 3 coaching sessions, and it is often resolved in 2 sessions. There are, however, clients who bumped into value conflicts and backed out of the process without completing their sessions.

Looking back at all the clients I have coached so far, the results fall into these 3 categories:
    1. Some bumped into value conflicts and backed out
    2. Some integrated what I taught them into their current habits and practice and got really great results
    3. Some fully embraced and applied what I taught them and got truly miraculous results

Since I am fully committed to your transformation, I am looking for ways to get less people to back out and more people to experience true miracles. However, certain beliefs, habits, value conflicts and fake layers of self-identity get in the way. The Force of Life Monthly Training is designed to address this and prepare the ground for deeper transformation, for free.

Now, the group program Year of Enlightenment provides tremendous value at a fraction of the cost. The great thing about the group program is that it is generic. While 1-on-1 coaching requires a strong goal and a strong sense of urgency, not everybody has that urgency of solving specific problems. The group program allows covering much more content to develop yourself on all levels: physically, emotionally, spiritually, relationally and financially. The main factor that will determine your results is the degree to which you integrate and apply the various principles and techniques into your life. I often hear people saying “This technique definitely works, I got ridiculous results from it! But I haven’t done it recently.” On top of covering much more content, the group program will provide you the support to really integrate and apply the knowledge and techniques for a longer period of time.

So to sum it up, 1-on-1 coaching is great because it is very specific and works 100% of the time (as long as you follow-up on all 3 sessions). Group coaching is great because it covers much more content and provides more support.

To be part of the Year of Enlightenment small group program which starts in January and lasts the whole year, click here to send a first payment of $297 which will then be followed by 11 payments of $197. If you had an Energy Tune-Up recently, you can use coupon code “credit100” to skip that part. There are only 10 spots left so don’t wait.

If you feel 1-on-1 coaching is more appropriate for you, we have to speak on the phone first to get crystal clear on your objective and to see whether this is a good fit. Click here to schedule your strategy session. I would then recommend you BOTH 1-on-1 coaching + group coaching, as this is a unique opportunity where you’ll get tremendous more value at a small extra cost. I’m giving a $500 discount for taking both programs together. This option also allows spreading the 1-on-1 coaching fees over the full year, while otherwise it is usually all paid up-front. Working 1-on-1 while being in the group program will allow you to get much more knowledge and get much more advanced into this science, and we’ll then cover different concepts and dig even deeper during the 1-on-1 calls. It really wouldn’t make much sense to pass on this opportunity.

If you got miraculous results and think you got it all covered, you really don’t know what you don’t know. I only covered about 1% of the true transformational power and this was just the tip of the iceberg.

Use this link to reserve your spot for the Year of Enlightenment group program. To work 1-on-1, use this link to schedule your strategy session. Your initial payment to reserve your spot for the group program can then be transferred towards the “pay in full” option or towards doing the combined program.

I also realize there are several basic components of the energy healing training and I rarely if ever mention them publicly. In the next article, I’ll explain some of the most important basic components to master to transform your experience of reality.

  • What Is Value Conflict

    What Is Value Conflict

Lately I have been exploring the concept of value conflicts, and this topic is extremely impactful for your growth and freedom. First I will explain what is a value conflict and how to recognize when it happens. Value conflicts are often rooted in false layers of self-identity and will block your progress.

Your subconscious mind always values truth, always values freedom, always values power and always values abundance. The problem is when other conscious values conflict with those. Or, when you have blocks towards certain values that are required to make the deeper value a reality. If you want to lose weight but don’t like exercise and love cakes, that’s a value conflict. If you want to live abundantly but don’t want a job and don’t want a business, that’s a value conflict. If you value renewal but not death, that’s a value conflict.

When it comes to spiritual growth, value conflicts are all about you and have nothing to do with anybody else. I would describe the effect you can get from resolving value conflicts as “self-sustaining open-air nuclear reaction.” It is very powerful. It is about shifting at your core to open new worlds of possibilities.

There are five different types of value conflicts.

    1. Subconscious Denial: This is when you have knee-jerk reactions towards something related to truth, freedom or abundance and say “that’s not my cup of tea”. An example would be someone saying  that being emotional or vulnerable is for weak people. Someone could also be progressing in a path of self-development and fall into anger and withdrawal when touching the topic of sexuality because she has been raped. It is an irrational reaction covered with a rational explanation to protect from a deeper pain that the person is not ready to accept.

Symptoms: “not my cup of tea”, knee-jerk reaction, anger, withdrawal.

    2. Subconscious Avoidance: This is when something related to truth, freedom or abundance is in a blind spot and you never really pay attention to it. I cannot quote an example because those in that situation cannot talk about their blind spots. When facing an opportunity related to something they avoid, they don’t know how to process it, are just confused, can’t articulate what’s going on and will just walk back silently. An example would be someone who gets plenty of training on personal development and goals achievement but knows nothing about the meanings of “being”, “presence” and “authenticity.”

Symptoms: Confusion, silence, hearing crickets, withdrawal.

    3. Valuing Outcome: This is when you value an outcome but not what’s required to make it happen. An example would be someone who want to lose weight but don’t want to exercise, or someone who values living a greater purpose but doesn’t value the actions required to make it happen. This causes procrastination and a lack of results. When in that zone, you can waste years following tons of training and proven systems and nothing will work.

Symptoms: Procrastination, lack of results, laziness, illusionary comfort.

    4. Unconscious Conflict: This is when you consciously value two things without realizing they don’t quite fit together. For example, if you value integrity and spiritual alignment while your actions are purely based on logic, opportunities and contracts, you may use integrity and spiritual alignment as surface decoration without realizing they don’t quite fit with your foundation. This can cause all kinds of conflicts with the people around you which you’ll see as unavoidable. It also dilutes your power and effectiveness.

Symptoms: Lack of clarity, tiredness, friction, conflicts, diluted power and effectiveness.

    5. Conscious Conflict: This is when you consciously value two things and know they don’t quite fit together. An example would be someone who has experience with stillness spirituality and also with force of life spirituality, values both and doesn’t quite know how to make these two worlds fit together. It is extremely common for spiritual people to not quite know how to integrate spirituality into their physical world. It can also happen if you get advice from a coach that conflicts with the knowledge you already have. The only ways to move past a conscious value conflict are to either find a higher truth where both perspectives are true or sacrifice (at least temporarily) one of the conflicting values.

Symptoms: Procrastination, stumbling block, wall, confusion, inaction, reflection, feeling torn in two directions.

By resolving value conflicts, on top of opening the path for greater truth, power, abundance and freedom, you may also notice these symptoms:
    – Increased vitality
    – Increased eye-sight
    – Seeing things around you never saw before
    – Increased personal power
    – Feeling more at peace
    – Feeling your energy flowing unrestrained

Resolving a value conflict is really shifting your core, and for this reason, it can take a few days for your mind and energy to adapt to the new reality. It is also the reason why shifting your core in such a way is so powerful.

As an exercise, take a sheet of paper and split the page in 5 sections. For each type of value conflict, think about where it shows up in your life. Write down 3 value conflicts for each of the 5 types. Everybody has value conflicts. The easiest way to recognize value conflicts is by looking at where the symptoms show up in your life. If you’re experiencing a lack of results despite tremendous efforts, which type of value conflict is that? If you don’t know where to start, look around God, sex and money; these are the 3 areas that draw the most value conflicts.

Awareness is the greatest key to resolving value conflicts. The first step in resolving any problem is recognizing there is one.

In the next article, I will talk more specifically about when conscious values conflict with subconscious values and what to do about it.
